Option Plans

Aeon Aesthetics & Gynecology offers a Health Maintenance Plan to our clients without insurance. The Health Maintenance Plan is valid for one calendar year from the time of the agreement and includes the following:

• 1 Annual Visit
• 1 Semi-Annual Visit
• 1 Problem Visit
• 1 In-Office Sonogram

This plan does not include the cost of labs.
